| May 1, 2023 | Registration Opens |
Registration for 4th-8th tackle and K-3 flag football begins. Look for the link coming soon |

| July 10, 2023 | Registration Ends |
This is a projected open registration deadline. Late registrations can be accepted based on availability. |
|
| July 11, 2023 | Coaches Meeting |
This is a mandatory meeting for all head coaches. Assistant coaches are also welcome. |

| July 23 & 25, 2023 | Equipment Night at Lucy Bell |
7th-8th Grade: 7/23. 6-8PM 4th-6th Grade: 7/25. 530-8PM
Please plan to attend your players scheduled fitting to avoid longer than usual lines. Players can attend either day if needed. |

| July 31-August 3, 2023 | Beau Labore Pony Youth Camp |
Varsity Football Coach Beau Labore holds a youth camp for SCVAA Football players grades 2-5 at Pony Stadium. Look for the link to register coming soon! |

| July 31-August 2, 2023 | Pony Middle School Camp |
Returning this year will be a football camp for middle school players grades 6-8. This will be a 3 day evening camp at Stillwater High School. Look for registration in the upcoming Community Education catalog |

Practices for all grades can begin on August 7 |

| August 23, 2023 | Back to Football Night | Youth football players practice and interact with Pony High School Players at Stillwater High School | |

| September 15, 2023 | SCVAA Night at Pony Stadium | SCVAA Youth Football Players join the varsity team to honor past SCVAA alumni | |
| September 25-29, 2023 | Tackle Cancer Week |
SCVAA Youth Football Players join the high school players in raising funds and cancer awareness for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund |
