2023 Softball/Girls T-Ball Registration
Registration for 2023 Softball is closed.
Contact the correct grade level coordinator listed on the Softball Contacts and Commission Page to see if any remaining roster spots are available.
Please Note: You must enter your athlete's current grade level only. Playing up a grade level is only allowed with prior approval of the Softball Commissioner. Playing up a grade level or more without prior approval may result in removal from a team for the season and forfeiture of any and all registration fees.
Online registration is the preferred method of signing up for VAA Programs and ensures the timing and confirmation of your registration.
Online registration is the only registration method available for late registration.
Registrations received after the registration deadline (March 20th., 2023) will be assessed a late fee of $20
Late Registration will remain open until all roster spots are filled, whichever occurs first. Once a level is full, that level will close.
Late registration players may be placed on a space-available basis on teams with openings on their rosters.
Player Helmet Required
Please note: All players will be now be required to supply their own batting helmet. A regular, one-size fits all child or adult size batting helmet is all that is needed and also please be sure to write your player's name on or inside the helmet.

The SCVAA Softball Program is slow-pitch, recreational softball.
Participation generally consists of 100% girls.
2nd Grade and up teams have one practice and one game per week
8th - 12th Grade teams will combine with the NSPAA League
Practice nights will not be known until after the coaches meeting on TBD
Team rosters will be limited to fourteen players grouped mostly by school on a "first come" basis subject to space and coach availability.
Practices can begin the week of TBD (Subject to Weather)
Games will begin the week of 5/8/2023
Softball Jamboree / Tournaments will be held the weekends of July 22-23 for K-2nd grade, July 29-23 for 3rd grade and up.
