Registration for 2020 SCVAA K-10th Grade Softball is now open.

Warning: You must enter your athlete's current grade level only. Playing up a grade level is only allowed with prior approval of the Softball Commissioner. Playing up a grade level or more without prior approval may result in removal from a team for the season and forfeiture of any and all registration fees.

On-line registration is the preferred method of signing up for VAA Programs and ensures the timing and confirmation of your registration.

Registrations received after the registration deadline (March 1st) will be assessed a late fee of $20

Late Registration will remain open until March 15th or all roster spots in a level are filled and than that level will close.

Late registration players may be placed on a space-available basis on teams with openings on their rosters.

The SCVAA Softball Program is slow-pitch, recreational softball.

Participation generally consists of 100% girls.

K/1 will meet once per week on Friday Nights with a practice followed by a scrimmage.

2nd  Grade and up teams have one practice and one game per week

8th-10th Grade teams will combine with the NSPAA League

Practice nights will not be known until after the Coaches Meetings in April

Team rosters will be limited to fourteen players grouped mostly by school on a "first come" basis subject to space and coach availability.

Softball Coaches Equipment Pickup is now on April TBD

Coaches will contact team members after the coaches meeting.

Practices can begin the week of April 13th (Subject to weather)

Games will begin the week of May 4th (Subject to weather)

Softball Jamboree / Tournament will be held the weekends of July TBD

What Grade?

When registering for spring-summer sports, please indicate the athlete's current grade.
For example, if the athlete is in third grade when the season starts, he/she should be registered as a third grader.

Late Registrations

In the event all team rosters are full, you will receive a full refund.
No late registrations will be accepted after team selection.

Refunds

A service fee of 25% or $20, whichever is less, will be assessed on all refunds.
No refunds will be authorized after the Coaches' Meeting in April
