Registration for all tackle and all flag football divisions begin. Look for the link coming soon |

| July 1, 2024 | Registration Ends |
Open registration closes on this day. Late registrations can be accepted based on availability |

| July 15, 2024 | Late Registration Ends |
Late registration closes on this day. Late registrations will only be accepted if roster spots are available |

| July 16, 2024 | Coaches Meeting |
This is a mandatory meeting for all head coaches. Assistant coaches are also welcome. |

| July 22&24 2024 | Equipment Night at Lucy Bell |
Equipment Checkout Night is July 22 & 24. 530-8PM. July 22 is for 4th-6th grade. July 24th is for 7th and 8th grade |

| July 29-August 1, 2024 | Beau Labore Pony Youth Camp |
Varsity Football Coach Beau Labore holds a youth camp for SCVAA Football players entering grades 2-5 at Pony Stadium. 11am-1pm. Cost is $70. Look for the link to register coming soon! |

| July 29-31, 2024 | Pony Middle School Camp |
This is a football camp for middle school players entering grades 6-8. This will be a 3 day evening camp at Stillwater High School. 530-730PM. Look for registration in the upcoming Community Education catalog. Cost is $50 |

| June-July 2024 | Sling It Camp |
This is a new camp conducted by the Stillwater Varsity coaches that will be on Wednesday mornings 9-10am during the months of June and July. This camp will teach players skills and drills that are used by QB's and WR's. This camp is available only to players entering grades 7-10. Cost is $75 for all 7 sessions. Look for registration information in the spring Community Ed catalog coming out soon.
**June 19 camp day will be moved to June 17 in observance of Juneteenth** |

| June-July 2024 | Line of Scrimmage Camp |
This is a new camp conducted by the Stillwater Varsity coaches that will be on Wednesday mornings 9-10am during the months of June and July. This camp will teach players skills and drills that are used by Offensive and Defensive linemen. This camp is available only to players entering grades 7-10. Cost is $75 for all 7 sessions. | September 5, 2024 | SCVAA Night at Pony Stadium | SCVAA Youth Football Players join the varsity team to honor past SCVAA alumni | |

SCVAA Youth Football Players join the high school players in raising funds and cancer awareness for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund |
